La Ricetta はイタリア語のレシピを意味する言葉です。
また、伝統的料理や、料理作法をさすこともあります。

ここに、真に美味しい食事を皆様にご紹介するべく、座間に若いシェフ達が集いました。
メニューには、イタリア料理の伝統を踏まえ、　伝統的製法で焼いたピザ、
フレッシュに茹で上がったパスタ、そしてメインディッシュ、締めくくりのコーヒー、デザート、
全ての料理をご用意しております。

お料理はコースでのオーダも、個別オーダも承ります。
全てのワインの好きの方にご満足頂ける、各種チーズや前菜もご用意しております。
また、ワインバーにてイタリア、フランスワイン等、世界各国のワインを取り揃えています。

La Ricetta では、ちょっとしたイタリア体験を、リーズナブルなお値段で経験できることでしょう。

お子様連れのご家族も大歓迎です。
もしお天気が良ければ、テラス席でのお食事もご用意しています。

La Ricetta in Italian means "recipe."
It can also mean "traditional dishes" or "how to prepare a delicious meal."

In an effort to offer everyone a truly delicious meal,
a group of young chefs have gotten together here in Zama.
Menu items include traditionally made pizza,
freshly boiled pasta, filling main dishes, and to finish, either coffee or dessert,
all prepared in the finest Italian tradition.

Dishes can be ordered as a course meal or individually.
We also have a variety of cheeses and appetizers that whil fit the tastes of all wine lovers.
Our wine collection, which also can be utilize as a wine bar,
comes from Italy, France, and other vineyards around the world.

You'll be able to experience a bit of Italy here at La Ricetta for a reasonable price.
We also welcome families with children.

When weather permits, we even have a terrace available.
We can also accommodate parties by reservation only.
